"We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this location. Originally we were only going to stay one night but then ended up staying an additional two nights. The property was beautiful and conveniently located. The whole staff treated us like family specially Agnes. She was amazing. She was so helpful and even booked our dinner reservations one night. "I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it wasn’t the most comfortable experience. The room itself was just okay—basic but functional. However, it didn’t feel very clean. There was an awful smell in the room that never went away. There were visible marks on the walls, a stale smell, and the bathroom could definitely use a more thorough scrubbing. What really put me off, though, was the general atmosphere. Some of the other guests seemed… off. A few were lingering in the hallways at odd hours, and there were loud conversations late at night right outside my room. I didn’t feel unsafe, exactly, but I didn’t feel totally relaxed either. The staff was polite but not particularly attentive. I wouldn’t say this is the worst place I’ve ever stayed, but I probably wouldn’t return unless there were major improvements in both cleanliness and guest screening."
