「Clean, recently (last decade it appears) remodel is a clean moderm, Western/Texas theme (photos at headboard).
Good water pressure and hot water.
Nice to have a ceiling fan. Nice blackout curtains.
Polite and considerate Indian lady checked us in very efficiently.
Breakfast was choice of cereals, small yogurts, bagels, wrapped Danish/cinnamon roll (hostess?), think there were frozen waffles (didn't try).
