"We stayed in a Wheelchair Accessibilty room. Perfect for my sister. Loved to be able to get a reserved car parking space, that we were able to get fo our room via lift. Had trouble with TV, which looked like someone before us had reset it or something ,. this was fixed by staff .Young girl at Reception was lovely, very helpful and accommodating .Hotel was close to Hospital., why we came."

"Victoria on reception is very nice. I had a little incident where a neighbouring guest had bought a dog that was very distressed alone in the apartment. Despite her trying to contact the owner and them stating they were going to be home soon, they were not and the noise went on. Victoria was very accommodating with moving me. The second room was of the same standard as the first showing the upkeep on these apartments is very good. The area is a little strange - but Canberra is as a whole to me. The Woolworths Metro across the road is very convenient, and the Beef Cheeks at No10 Restaurant were amazing. I travel for work regularly and will be back."
