"Tracy and the other hostesses I’d give 10s to. Very nice and accommodating. Problem is the rooms and allowing dogs. Had I known this place was a hotel/kennel never would have stayed there. I have never stayed in a room in a hotel where I wanted to throw up because of the dog s$$t smell that penetrated the carpets and urine in one of the rooms we stayed in. I absolutely LOVE dogs but a hotel is for people not animals (even though many people act like them). Oh and every freakin sink clogged up in the three different rooms we stayed in. Horrible. And the toilets never flushed easily. People who worked there are great but the rooms themselves—naah never again sorry. Hilton needs to be better and I expected better from such a reputable name."

"I can show pictures of the unit that was very different than described. I paid extra for a Mountain View for 3 nights - and it was not Mountain View. We were in a different building at the bottom of the hill a 8 min freeezing cold and icy walk to the pool area. "
