Great location just a 5-minute walk from the airport. The on-site restaurant is very nice as is the gym, which has weights and cardio equipment. Staff was friendly. The noon checkout time is nice for later flights.

The dinner staff was SLOW! Dessert took about 1/2 hour. People want to get to bed.

Great place to stay for an overnight trip before heading to the airport.

The hotel is only 15 minutes from the airport by Uber or by bus (line 100, 5min walk from the hotel, runs 24h; that bus also gets you to downtown in the other direction). The rooms are modern, very clean, and safe. Due to a booking error on my side, I needed to communicate with the hotel. They were very responsive and helpful. Just on the other side of the road where the hotel is located, you can find a Rumanian Restaurant and a coffee shop. They have no breakfast but a bakery is close...

Great place to stay before flying out of Otopeni Airport. Quiet and clean. Diana in reception is wonderful. She arranged for us to have an early morning to-go breakfast, which was quite hearty. Private shuttle (free through the hotel) showed up right on time and got us where we needed to go. Would recommend!

Excellent staff, excellent property with well furnished and comfortable rooms - and everything kept clean. Hotel location provides a great spot to explore museums and other attractions on foot. Restaurant has quality food with reasonable prices and the breakfast buffet is extensive. We highly recommend the hotel.

They have a world class chef working at the hotel. I’ve stayed in at least a hundred Marriotts in the USA but this was my first Marriott in Europe. The food was terrific and the bar service was clean and neat. I appreciated how most everyone spoke great English. My room was clean and I had a great view of the city. Easy access to the Metro from here and calling an Uber was easy thanks to their front drive way. I will come back.

From the moment we entered the hospitality was exceptional, the spa and the masseuse for the treatments is out of this world, had I have known Alex was so good I would’ve booked daily LOL, the pool steamroom and sauna was immaculate. The room beautiful the cleanliness phenomenal

Right in the center of everything! Highly recommend.

I work for Marriott in California USA, and I have to admit one of the reason why I chose this hotel was due to the fact that it is a Marriott hotel. I am pleased to say that my stay here has been fantastic and the staff and extrmemly helpful and friendly. I look forward to my next visit and to enjoy my stay with this hotel again.

Would highly recommend an outstanding hotel for your future business or leisure stay in Bucharest,Romania. This hotel has the best possible wifi for your Zoom meetings, fantastic rooms with impeccable bedding, an excellent restaurant with a wide variety of high end items to choose from; small amenities in the room to make your stay more comfortable such as a nicely stocked minibar, a kettle with a nice selection of teas and coffee, a couple of bottles of mineral water; marvellous furniture and...

Great Location and Customer Service

When traveling, I have two requirements: clean and safe. This property met both of those requirements. The modern look was appealing. On my list of first things to do when arriving in Romania was to stop at a grocery store, to stock up on snacks/drinks that we would need while driving our 550 mile trip around the country. Imagine my delight upon opening the curtains in the morning to see a grocery store across the field from the hotel. Very convenient! Elitte is a very nice place to stay. Thanks...

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel and room were clean and beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The furniture was very nice for sitting and visiting but was not comfortable for relaxing. Easy walk to Old Town.

My time at the Pullman Bucharest was wonderful. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas, which made me smile every time I walked through it. The staff was friendly and helpful. They accommodated my room request without any problem. The restaurants were great. The Steakhouse was superb, and the food available at the bar was also delicious. Two of the bartenders were especially cool - Emilia and Felicia. They are wonderful servers and friendly, kind people. I recommend this hotel to...
