「The 7 am start time for breakfast is a little late. Most places start at 6 am.」

「The property is a little run down, the bathroom light was very dim and the fan noise was extremely excessive. The room a/c & heater was also very loud…enough to wake you up at night. The black out curtains are not wide enough for the window so a lot of light came in around the curtains. There was ample parking and it was clean. 」

「Was very disappointed upon booking that we were not informed that the pool was under construction. Was traveling with children and that would have been helpful. 」

「Staff is great. The place is basically “what you pay for.” Rooms are clean enough, but odd smell to them. Shower head screams when used, some outlets don’t work. Overall, decent value for the price. 」

「Our room was disgusting there was food still in the fridge. The sheets and blankets had hair all over them. It smelt like an ash tray. 」

「Very happy with the property! Breakfast was good and they allowed our little dog to stay. 」

「AC stopped in the middle of the night. Had to get up and restart it. The cable TV did not work. The desk clerk came up to our room but was unable to get the TV online and working, so we had no TV the one night we were there. The room had a strong odor of commercial cleaning agents, and my the window would not open for ventilation. 」

「We had such a good time, while staying at BRHS. The room was as described with amenities and we were welcomed with a warm heat setting during a cold winter day. The staff were professional and friendly. The facility was well maintained and inviting to all. One suggestion would be to include use of the hot springs with the room rate instead of separate. As the reason for renting a room was to use the hot springs. 」
