「Had a great experience at the Microtel Inn, great staff. Near center of Summerside so short drives to all the local restaurants and benches, 35 minutes from Cavendish near all the popular locations. Overall a nice Hotel to stay at, cozy rooms!」

「What a beautiful property! It is true that it's over an hour from Charlottetown, but if you are visiting P.E.I. as an Anne of Green Gables enthusiast, it's a pretty and low-key drive to the Cavendish area from here. I recommend shopping at the ADL grocery store ahead of arrival so you can use the lovely kitchen provided to the guests. We didn't do this but wish we had, as many restaurants close at 8pm, even in the summertime, and if you miss that window, there will be very limited eating options...
