Wat heel erg opviel dat alle medewerkers op het attractiepark super goed en constant met de veiligheid bezig waren op een haast in geprogrammeerde manier.het gehele park superschoon en begaanbaar,vriendelijk personeel.hele fijne ervaring en een aanrader voor gezinnen met kinderen. Chapeau.

Personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Park is gezinsvriendelijk. Wij verbleven in een Racoon Lodge, schoonmaak kan zeker wel beter. Spinnenwebben door heel t huisje zaten. Lakens, zijn wel aan vernieuwing toe, sommige hadden ook gaten. Ligt niet lekker en aangezien ze niet helemaal rondom het matras kunnen dus verschuiven snel. Huisje is verder echt top! Alleen zou een gordijn bij het keukenraam geen overbodige luxe zijn. Iedereen zou zo naar binnen kunnen kijken wanneer het donker is..en dat is gewoon geen fijn idee! Dus een gordijn bij keuken raam..schoonmaak net ff wat beter en het is zeker 5*

Het was een ervaring. Maar qua overnachten er veel geluid (schreeuwende kinderen tot laat), geen privacy (kinderen van andere tenten continu bij onze tent) en weinig toezicht van ouders op de eigen kinderen. Er stonden meerdere malen het kind van een ander bij ons binnen. Het was erg 'tokkie' om het maar even zo te zeggen. Met de accommodatie verder niets mis, maar wel allemaal heel basic. Ook mistte er nogal wat dingen in de inventaris (een pan, waar er wel een deksel lag, etc).

De accomodatie was prima! Vond alleen wel dat de wigwam wel zo gehorig was dat je iedere ochtend om kwart voor 7 werd wakker geschreeuwd door andermans kinderen.dat was wat minder. De kopjes waren wel vies dus niet goed afgewassen door de vorige mensen. Toen we aankwamen stonden de heaters al aan dus het was binnen lekker warm.Dat was een goeie service.
