「Quiet and comfortable」

「4 night stay was fine but only had one day of housekeeping change out. 」

「Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. 「Stains could be seen everywhere, the floor was not vacuumed, leading to food on the ground. There was a weird scent looming within the room and the stain ridden beds were uncomfortable.」

「I was impressed with the level of service offered by staff. I was disappointed to be awakened by roofers pounding in nails above my head early Friday morning. The banging sounds shocked me awake! I informed the manager about this matter.」

「They gave my room to another one. I stand in front of front desk one half hour and waited to solve. The room has bedbugs then they gave me a new room, but i sitll was bited. No hairdryer」
