「The toilet no lid, dirty bathroom, sink. Hair still on the bed, blanket not sure cleaned.」

「This was my absolute worst hotels.com experience hands down. The room was so dirty that I tried to cancel my reservation, a first ever. And I’ve stayed in some funky places but this takes the cake. The furniture had crusty stains like 3-D stains, the remote control was covered in some kind of sticky goo, sheets stained, burn holes in the blanket, bathroom was a nightmare. Had to wake up at 4am to catch a flight. There was a prostitute coming in and out of an open room, homeless guy (very nice...

「Single bedrooms are worse in person and pictures are not shown for it. Very dirty inside, nothing seems to be cleaned at all except maybe the sheets. Every room is a smoking room, so everything smells like cigarettes, including; pillows, sheets, towels, floor, and AC blows out cigarette smell. 」

「The shower was dirty with no conditioner or shampoo. The room smelled like smoke, it was loud and too expensive for the quality of the room . The beds were comfy but the upstairs room was loud.」

「The promo picture shows a breakfast area, but in the morning the room was locked. The room was nice and spacious, but the floor was dirty. There was a missing light bulb above the sink. The bathroom had visible mold in the grout. The heater had been removed and not been replaced. The towels were old and worn. The bed was sagging in the center. Although the AC was quiet, the fan could not be turned off (using up a lot of energy.)」

「This was the worst hotel I had ever stayed at!!! I had booked a room with 2 queen beds for 4 guests, but I was given a room with a single King bed. They were able to give a second room with a single king bed at no extra cost upon my complaint, and assign the correct type of room for the second night. The elevator, hallway, and rooms were in very poor condition. The rooms reeked of pot, despite no smoking signs placed in the room. Most of the furniture and some fixtures in the room were broken....
