"A brand new hotel so very clean and comfortable. The room was nice but sparse, by US standards. The breakfast was wonderful with ample choices and it had easy access to our activity. The check in is a bit strange as there is no reception so you have to download their app and check in from there."

"Looking forward to a quite vacation in the arms of the beautiful mountains, i was greeted by Bulldozers and road construction. And the worse part is, it was being done by the owner of the Chalet i rented. It just sliped his mind to mention this in his confirmation email right? Right! So instead of waking up to the sounds of birds and the smell of wet grass, i woke up everyday to the sounds of big machines working the road and the smell of tar and diesel. "We enjoyed our stay and the location was great. The lounge/restaurant area was a lovely space to relax by the fire and have something to eat and drink. The rooms were nice but could do with some extra features like somewhere to put the suitcase and some better lighting (it was too dark). We also found very limited bathroom amenities for a hotel of this standard. For example a one product "does everything" which I find is more of a 3 star hotel feature. "
