"Great place to stay and we had an amazing view from the room, thank you. The room was clean and very spacious. Our welcome was lovely. The staff are all amazing. The only thing thay let's this hotel down is the food, quite dated and the meat we had was quite tough. Reminded me of school dinners. We actually ended up eating at another 4 star hotel, with much better food and an extensive mixed menu. Hotel however lovely. "

"Prompt communication and effortless check-in (and checkout) process with the provided door pin. The garden view room was generously spacious. Surprisingly, it also had limited but beautiful mountain view as well. Everything in the room was well organized and set up prior to check-in. While it seemed as a renovated apartment, the renovation was done perfectly. The kitchen was also good enough for light cooking with provided dishes and cutlery. We were given a lovely room in the new part of the hotel, massive kingsize bed and a pull out double for the kids. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortably warm with a great view. The cleaning and waiting staff did a great job, Herbert was nice enough but his brother was a little miserable, only gripes, no tap water available at dinner only small bottled and free wifi a bit hit or miss.
