「The First Suites Hotel is a great option for business travelers. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well and the location is excellent. Very close to Arribat Center in the upscale Rabat neighborhood of Agdal. Highly recommend and looking forward to going back soon. 」

「They charged me MAD 44 per person per night for tax although only MAD 13.2 was stated during booking! The service is poor either!! Only one towel was provided. We repeatedly made request to a lady at the counter for one more towel. She promised twice to send it to my room but it was not received until we made further request to another lady in the next evening. 」

And they said our room was sold to others.How can it happen？Hotel in Rabat is tight, we drove all around the city, but we cannot even find a room to stay. That was the most terrible experience in my life. So I want to complaint this hotel.」
