I had a quiet room with comfy bed and soft pillows. plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits provided. lovely soft towels and really soft toilet paper. very clean place with friendly hosts serving delicious breakfast with a good selection to choose from. I strongly recommend this b and b.

The hosts were so lovely and friendly. Made us feel so welcome. Breakfasts were very nice, the ordering process is a great idea, had a good selection of cereals. The little extras in the rooms are such a lovely touch (slippers, wipes & packs of pocket tissues) our room was lovely, clean and spacious. We had a seaview. Thank you guys, we will definitely be back and will be recommending Clarence b&b. See you again soon.

Having stayed at the same property previously - i knew what to expect - but was equally surprised to see the extra steps being taken in connection with Covid-19 best practice being out into affect - with the self service now currently dis continued & several hand sanitisers dotted around the communal areas of the property. Doing a Good Job.

Nice b and b but don't expect a sea view

Very nice b and b although was a little disappointed as we booked and pay the extra for a sea view room and the room is on the ground floor room 1 with a view of road so no sea view so very disappointed with that. Feel like false advertising as it was more money for that room with sea view and we didn't get that at all

This is an excellent bed and breakfast which we got for a bargain price compared to others, conveniently situated on the sea front, well equipped very clean rooms and lovely breakfast. I would have no hesitation recommending Clarence house and would stay here again without hesitation if I was to visit Skegness in the future.

I paid for my mum and my son to have a couple of nights break here. We had never stayed before but it was in a great location so I thought I would give it a try. I am so glad I did as my mum and my son have constantly told me how lovely the hotel was and how friendly the staff where. My son is autistic and a very fussy eater and was worried about breakfast but he was over the moon that they had no problem at all catering for him. From check in to check out they had the perfect stay. I cannot thank Clarence House enough for how well they looked after them! I will definitely be rebooking later in the year hopefully we will all be able to make it next time :-)
