「I booked a twin room for 2 persons and only 1 bottle of complimentary water was given. I requested for 1 more bottle but the staffs said the rules did not allow. The room rate is more expensive for 2 persons per room than for 1 person per room, so it did not make sense. A bottle of water does not cost much compared to the room rate they charged. The other bad impression the hotel left is the rude staff who gave out towels at the swimming pools. I went to the pool in the early morning on the day...

Etwas sonderbar, dass, wenn man duschen wollte, zwei Stunden vorher der Boiler aktiviert werden muss. Sonst gibt es kein warmes Wasser. 「The room setting, service and light breakfast were very good. It was only the toilet odour in our room that we dislike most. We followed the hotel instruction of throwing toilet paper into the dustbin instead of toilet. The unpleasant odour might come from the toilet paper in dustbin or the sewage pipes. Other than this problem, we are very satisfied with the room.」
