"We wanted to go to Skagen because of the coastal landscape and planned to walk a lot. This hotel was close to the railway station and right in the frontline road at the beach (the view was if port facilities but that did not spoil our stay) so perfect for us. The owners could not have been nicer or more accommodating - we were treated like old friends and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spotless and the bed comfortable (although I prefer a firm pillow - that is just me being picky)....

"Cozy family-driven hotel by the countryside. The room was not as nice as espected as the entire hotel has not been renovated since 1970s/80s. The food in the restaurant was nice, as was the wine selection. My most important feedback is that the stay was too overpriced to be honest. I ended up paying 2,500DKK for one night stay, and the Tesla charging ended up costing 200DKK flat rate for charging only 30%. A cozy, but way outdated hotel with nice staff and decent homemade style food. Way...

"We had an excellent 2 night stay at Hotel Marie. Great location, very nice, clean, comfortable and charming room with a nice balcony. The hotel common areas were very nice, updated and clean with a great morning breakfast and a lovely interior garden. We were extremely happy with our stay here. We would go back often if we weren’t from the U.S. "
