At Grønninghoved you will find this comfortably furnished holiday home with a whirlpool and sauna as well as a side view of the water from the open kitchen / living area. From here you have direct access to the large terrace of the house. There is a south-facing terrace adjoining the living area with a view of the coast, and from the kitchen you have access to another terrace area with a view to the west towards the evening sun. The interior of the holiday home is bright and well maintained. It offers three separate bedrooms, each with a double bed. There is also a larger bathroom with a whirlpool and sauna and a practical guest toilet in the house. Children can use the swing, the sandpit and a small playhouse outside on the property. There is a total of 60 m2 of terrace space, of which 20 m2 are covered. Enjoy the summer days and cozy barbecues here. In spring and autumn, after a long walk on the beach, the sauna and whirlpool invite you to relax. For cooler days there is also a cozy wood stove in the house. As a tenant of this house, you and your fellow travelers have free access to the water park in Kolding. No rental to youth groups desired!
