「The front desk staff was good, the breakfast was excellent and tasty. Two issued I had was there was another group that was playing loud music near us and it was bothering us as we were trying to put the kids to sleep. We also had a issues where the staff was suppose to deliver a case of water we brought and they delivered it to the wrong room. They replaced it with a case but just two small issues. Overall good experience and would stay again if going through the area. 」

I would like to mention Vijisha, Jibin, Anagha and Madhan who attended us and made our stay very enjoyable. They ensured everything was great and took care of every little detail. 「在森林中的現代別墅，整個度假村只有不到十個房間，非常清潔舒適，如隱世桃園，浴室是半露天的，透自然光的天窗，設計非常好，對客人服務細心，有Wi Fi，但只限房外的公共空間或接待大堂內，餐廳水準高，早餐不錯，spa只有一個房間，不能同時服務兩位客人，要等．免費的香草園行，有職員帶領，可行到山頂．別墅遠離其他景點及餐廳，要有出租車才可方便出入．非常享受一晚的寧靜住宿，推薦！」

「All good but there was a confusion about breakfast. Hotel staff told me that breakfast was not included but when I booked it clearly says breakfast included. Someone the hotel.com communication with Grand hotel did not mention about free breakfast. This caused confusion and time. When sending communication to the hotel please mention about breakfast is included. This will help the process. Please clarify why this confusion. 」

「The property is not well maintained and not clean. It is quite remote from the main fare. You can order food there which was fine.」
