We had a very pleasant stay here, even though the hotel has a low rating. The owner was very kind and welcoming. They offered us fresh fruits (watermelon and apples) and water in the room. The conditions were comfortable and convenient, with our own balcony and a mosquito net, plus two towels per person. The location is perfect, right in the center and only 5 minutes to the beach. Overall, we were very satisfied and would recommend it.

The manager was very friendly. He contacted us before our arrival and arranged all the formalities remotely. The keys were waiting for us in the door lock. The car was parked right nearest the window. The hotel is located almost in the center of the city, with many restaurants and beaches within walking distance. We had a small dog with us, but it didn't cause any problems.

They are most pleasent hosts in whole of Greece . Hotel is very clean also as rooms. Sea is 150 meters. Breakfast is like in hotel with 4 star. But most important what a take with me is unforgetable memory on possitive energy from moorning until the night what hotel staff have. I recommend too everyone who came in Greece.

An okey place for 1 night

People working there was friendly but wasn't sure if the booking was paid or not. Seemed like a family business, after checking in my bank we agreed it was indeed paid.... It's an okey and cheap option to stay for one night... Really close from the city center

Kein Luxus, aber sehr gute, saubere und zweckmäßige Unterkunft, die vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht zu schlagen ist. Hervorzuheben ist der nette Chef, der immer wieder Kleinigkeiten im Zimmer vorbei gebracht hat. Die Sache mit der Zahlung hat sich schnell geklärt, der arme Hotelbesitzer hat wirklich kein Geld von Expedia bekommen ( scheint öfter vorzukommen ). Viele haben sich in Ihren Bewertungen darüber aufgeregt, daß sie angeblich 2 Mal bezahlen sollten. Das ist nicht so und wer so etwas schreibt, hat seine Finanzen nicht im Griff !

Die Unterkunft wirkt von innen besser als von außen. Schwierig war allerdings die Kommunikation. Ich wollte noch etwas klären und rief an da der vereinbarte Rückruf nicht kam. Da leider nur der Besitzer Englisch spricht (war nicht vor Ort) und die Tochter nur etwas Englisch. Ich sprach mit der Tochter als diese aber nicht verstand was ich wollte, sprach sie griechisch mit jemand anderem und am Ende sprach

Dejligt og billigt hotel i viunderlig by. De tog 15 Euro pr dag for for reng til vores hund, hvilket var ok hvis der var nogen rengøring, vi var der 4 dage ( altså 60 Euro) for hinden men kun rengøring efter vi var rejst.

terrible Hotel

When we arrived at the hotel their are two women lieing on the couch and we were clearly not welcome. The eyes of the two women said "do not disturb now". Until the two stood up it need a little time. Both could not speak English. We had to sleep the first 2 nights in another hotel / apartment. Why: We do not know exactly. The whole problem was explained to us by phone by a bad English speaking people. When we moved into the hotel Petunia it was from day to day a bad service of this two womens. The rooms was not cleandes every day or at least the towels changed or the toilet paper refilled. You had to find everything yourself in the hotel. The breakfast was every day the same but OK. When we went to breakfast at 9, the two women began to prepare very slowly. It took half an hour. The coffee came last. On the request for a second coffee came a NO and she go away. We would never go back to this hotel again. It was cheap and you can not expect much but friendliness does not cost anything

Απαράδεκτο!

Βρώμικος χώρος, πολύ μικρό δωμάτιο, αγενείς υπάλληλοι...Το ψυγείο μύριζε πολύ άσχημα,στο μπάνιο μπορούσες να κάνεις την ανάγκη σου και να λούζεται ταυτόχρονα καθώς η ντουζιέρα ήταν ακριβώς πάνω από τη λεκάνη και στο μπαλκόνι δύσκολα χωρούσαν δύο άτομα..Waste of money!!

I am seeking refund! 3 beds in a room for 4 people

They asked for more money then the originally agreed price and we paid for 4 people but only had 3 beds in that tiny room! They didn't even bother giving us pillows for all of us and towels! I am seeking refund and an apology! The receptionist didn't understand English and was rude to us! we felt like we were robbed. Especially upsetting with 2 children. Room was dirty and worn. Very upsetting!

This hotel is a Family Business and the conditions are very poor at all. The day we arrived in reception told us that have been a mistake and for the first night they give our room to other people so moved us to other hotel for one night, which hotel didn't have bathroom inside the room, it was tragic in few words. If you make a reservation in Petunia, I recommend you to call them before arriving. In conclution it was very bad at all. In my opinion it's a $20 room an they want $100. I don't recommend it.

Room and towels were not clean, no customer service to speak of. Room was not ready even 2 hours after check in time. Lights and tv remote were not working. Only plugs available were for tv and fridge. Not an experience I would like to repeat!
