"This is a giant hotel, by Swedish standards. It is a concept hotel, just like the resorts in other parts of Europe. The staff are very kind and friendly and do their very best to help. But the hotel is absolutely gigantic so it is impossible for staff to be everywhere all the time. When we checked in, we first got a room where the sofa bed was broken. "Vi hyrde en "studio", vilket var som en lägenhet i en länga. Rummet var okej, men duschen var lite sunkig. Plastmatta på golv och väggar som var bubblig här och där. Svarta fläckar i duschen som såg ut som mögel. Poolen var jättefin och uppskattad av barnet, fanns även en bra lekplats. Läget på campingen är naturskönt och väldigt trevligt."
