「The staff were charming and helpful. What was unsettling is that they did not know we were coming, in spite of our Expedia booking, nor knew that we had paid. Nor did they have internet access 'we are working on it' which made checking the evidence of our payment challenging.」

「The stay was great. The only issue was that Hotels.com hadn’t passed our booking through to the hotel in spite of confirming our booking. Fortunately the hotel was not full and they were able to accommodate our party of eight.
Had the booking not been lost the hotel would have got five stars. The staff were truly excellent. It’s a shame the same cannot be said of hotels.com communications with the hotel.」

「Not our first time, and deff not our last stay at Casa. Friendly staff, cozy roof top restaurant with amazing views of Wanale Hill, always clean rooms and perfectly situated on a quiet street near the city center. At Casa they always offer that extra help to make your stay in the wonderful city of Mbale worthwhile. Thank you so much for having us.」
