Good location but thats about it.
We stayed in the Avantgard apartment and while the location was great; right in the centre of the old town, within walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and shops, the apartment did have a few issues. Apartment is fairly basic and has all the things needed. Location is good if you want to be in a quiet road within 20 min walk into old town city center. Good restairant nearby. Coffee shop with basic breakfast too. Parking is next to the apartment which worked well.
