「The hotel's position is very good. you can see from every room partially or totally the sea. the outdoors are really beautifull. Free parking is available. The staff are nice and helpfull, however we had to leave the water open for more than 30 min to get hot water!」

「Had an excellent stay. I was the only guest at the time and the staff were unbelievably friendly and courtesy. Made me feel very welcome. The hotel itself is wonderful, right on the water and walking distance to everything in Batroun. 10 star all the way.」

「We enjoyed our stay although there were some minor things that could be fixed to start with, the Wifi signal is very low, the light was very dim and the electricity was "playing" a lot even when the AC was turned off. Moreover, I would suggest having a longer shower curtain so that the water wouldn't spill outside and covering one of the pipes in the shower that has hot water ( I almost burned myself by accidentally touching it).」

「The rooms are spacious, clean and sunny with a balcony where we could enjoy our coffee. Not only our room had and ocean view but it also has a mountain view. The breakfast was good. The lady prepared our it with love and she made sure that we were happy with ou meal and even propose to prepare more. She is amazing. 」

「We booked for 4 days, price including breakfast. When we arrived to the hotel they said the restaurant is closed so they can't serve breakfast. Every time we call the reception no body answers. No one came to clean the room, after two days of our stay the woman of the cleaning service showed up to clean, she only changed the towels. We slept on the same bed sheet for 4 days! As for the location, the view is great, the space of the room is fair. We expected a nicer place. 」
