"A beautiful positioned hotel with lovely sea views. The check in procedure was slow, chaotic and not at all coordinated, which spoiled our overall experience. Reception was full of guests and luggage all waiting to check in after 2pm, many having waited for hours.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the balconies are tiny and only just accommodate the 2 chairs and small table, making it impossible to walk around these. The views are a bonus though.
Check-in from 2pm means exactly this, and rooms will not necessarily be ready from this time and could be many hours later. We were not directed to any facilities where we might wait, get a drink or freshen up by the two overrun receptionists so we had to wait with our luggage and keep queuing with other guests for room updates. We only stayed overnight before our flught home and paid a lot of money for our Seaview room so the delay was really inconvenient and unexpected."
