「To put it in a nutshell - Management needs to do better. They need to proper maintenance and proper cleaning. When you open the door to room and there are two big chunks of the carpet gone it most certainly does not start your stay off with a warm fuzzy feeling. Shower curtain rod and toilet paper holder were both barely attached, sheets and mattress pads had stains and cigarette burns. Holes in the dust ruffle on the bed. The furniture, notably a bench had so many "stains" in the fabric that...

「This is a hotel attached to the airport in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. It is very clean and modern. The rooms are small, but it’s super convenient to park in the parking garage get up early for your flight and simply walk over into the airport. Our only problem was our bathroom door was so hard to close. My wife couldn’t do it on her own. 」

「This hotel is top notch. It’s located right next to a wonderful walking path and lots of restaurants. The morning breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious. I accidentally left an item behind and the hotel called me and asked if I wanted it mailed back to me. I have NEVER had a hotel do that. That’s customer service!」
