Ce qui n'as pas été optimal c'est la communication entre Ebookers et l'hôtel. En effet l'hôtel était fermé à cette période mais cela n'as pas été considéré par Ebookers. Heureusement que j'ai été contacté le jour même et que j'ai pu trouver une autre solution.

Séjour correct. Le mode d’entrée complètement informatisé n’est absolument pas aisé. Nous avons eu besoin d’aide. La chambre dortoir ok mais le sac de couchage n’assure pas qu’il a été lavé et il n’y a pas de serviette de bain. La cuisine s’est faite accaparée par un groupe
