「The host was extremely friendly and helpful, especially with tips for getting to the Palace of Sintra. The place is very convenient right in the center of town. Even though we stayed for only one night, we would definitely stay there again. 」

「Pedro from front desk gave a warm welcome when we checked in. He has made us to good start with our stay. 」

「The hotel service is generally ok and breakfast is good. The only thing we found inconvenience is there is no shower room or enclosed area for bath or shower. We booked a room accommodation for 4 persons. There is a bathtub not far from the bed and there is no door or blind. Basically the room inside has no privacy for a group of 4 to stay. Fortunately, we only stayed 1 night and can take shower after we moved to the next hotel. 」

「LuXa Charm house is absolutely excellent value. Big rooms with en-suites, totally capturing Sintra’s style. Our room had window views to the moorish castle. The only issue is ordering Bolt Taxis or Ubers to the property, at peak times the taxi will not be allowed by the local authorities to stop outside the accommodation, so you will likely have to walk into town for that. Not a big issue at all. 」
