"Clean room"

"Parking was ample. The property was a bit run down and in need of a spring cleanup but had promise. The front desk person was good. The room had basic amenities, was reasonably clean, but previous damage had been poorly repaired. I believe the hot water boiler was under sized or in need of other repair because a shower at 9;00pm was borderline cold, but was fine at 11:00pm. However the price was reasonable and I will give this property another try when I am in the area. "

"Staff was friendly, great waterslide for our daughter, room was clean, bed was uncomfortable, the breakfast was limited, had a bit before we left, the area was quite and allowed a good sleep."

"You can’t expect a lot for the price you pay. But compared to Best Western (yes a little more$) you would get bigger, cleaner rooms. A better quality mattress!!!! Better in room coffee and a far far better hot breakfast!"
