We had previously stayed at this hotel on several occasions. However this time felt really let down. Our room had no carpet, badly cracked hand basin, mould in the bathroom. We specifically requested a quiet room. We had just flown and been in transit for over 15 hours and all we wanted to do on arrival is get some sleep. Instead we had a garbage truck drop off a full sized skip bin right under our room in the basement of the building. There was crashing and banging and then the truck sat idling outside our window while the driver ate his lunch. Our sons room leaved water from the ceiling in the entrance every time he had a shower. Our toilet leaked each time we flushed it. We asked to be moved (again requesting a quiet room). They moved us to a room facing the flight path so all we heard all night long were aircraft taking off. The hand basin in the new room had permanent stains in it. When we did move and I asked for a room with carpet we were told that only came with an Executive room. (We had it last time we stayed). We would not stay here again which is a shame as our other experiences here have been very good with room facing the golf course at the back of the complex. Food was of a good standard however very expensive. Buffet breakfast for 3 adults was well over $100 AUD. We arrived at breakfast at 10am and most of the food choices were all gone.

The swimming pool view is beautiful but it seems unsafe as only the glass panels prevents you from falling down. The room was big and wonderful. Room service was poor as they took a long time to response and serve.

Decent hotel with great staff. Property is a bit tired but it still met our expectations. Good location to airport. Would stay here again.

The place was a little run down. The furniture was old. Even the toilet looked a little .. rusty.
