Good location and price but I can never stay there with my family because the shower doesn't have a normal shower head. It has a shower head with a hose but the only bracket is at the bottom. Its impossible to hang the shower head above you to use both hands while you wash. A $5 bracket would fix this. All else about the hotel was good but this problem is odd and easily fixable.

Once upon a time this would have been a great hotel but it’s now tired. Needs some TLC. Our room 502 was very musty and given we paid to upgrade was disappointing. Shower was one of the best ever ! Hotel is in a great location for a short stopover. 5 min walk to a great hawker market. Very close to Changi airport and a great price point for a short stopover.

The infinity pool was amazing, very beautiful with a marvellous view. The staff were very helpful especially Amos and Asraf, though all the staff we had dealings with were great but I didn’t notice all their names. The breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice. Personally, I didn’t like the shower being over the bath but otherwise the room was fine. The shuttle to the airport was a big advantage and we also made use of the free shuttle to the Plasir Mall. The hotel was however a long way from the centre.

Our only issue was the airport shuttle. We booked this hotel because it offered this. The hours were very limited and it was much quicker and easier (but more expensive) to use a Grab. The pool and pool bar were wonderful!

This hotel is advertised as an airport hotel although it's not actually that close to the airport -- probably about a $20 and 20 minute taxi ride away. They do offer an airport shuttle but not early enough in the morning for our 9:00 a flight so we had to take a taxi.

The hotel was lovely & a reasonable price for what we got! It was great having 2 pools! I would highly recommend. The best part was Seri at the front desk. The hotel is pleasant but very remote and not served well by public transit. I picked it because it had an airport shuttle. But it turns out it only runs every two hours. And it starts at 8 am. So to make my flight I had to book a taxi. Also breakfast was not open very early. My room was mostly clean except for some hair. The bathtub and sink need renovation. There was only non-dairy creamer. No milk. But the front desk provided some.

Room was big with a desk and a queen bed and large tv, had a tub with hot water to relax from a long travel, the bed was soft as well as the pillows and linen. Free water was available in the gym that was nice also and the aircon was on when i entered the room so that was a plus for me. The rooftop had a nice pool and a bar with two nice gentlemen waiting to serve you. I had a nice welcoming at the front desk also the cleaning personal were helpful and friendly you get free shuttle bus service from the airport the driver was very nice and on time with the schedule for pickup. I think if they had a little snack or gift shop would of been great.overall i had a nice experience at vhc in changi and the hotel is less then 30 minutes from the airport.
