乾淨、清潔、舒服、便利
乾淨、清潔、舒服、便利，但要特別注意房間真的有點小，一個床一個小小走道而已，且空調不能調，房間為雅房要洗澡及上廁所比較麻煩

A convenient hotel with reasonable price
The location and the facilities like wifi are good. The only issue is that the hotel does not provide any lugguage keeping service.

I never checked in the hotel because I traveled from Malaysia and was not allowed to enter the Cory, but either Orbitz (Expedia) or the hotel was willing to help me with the cancellation. The hotel stated that I booked through the agent and should contact the agent to contact them, then when I contact the agent, the agent stated that it’s up to the hotel to issue a refund or not, they don’t talk to each other, they just keep telling me (customer) to talk to the other party. As ridiculous as this sounds, do NOT book with Orbitz going forward, because while they are charging you a booking fee, they are NOT your agent, therefore not going to act on your behalf...

Got some good rest. Bed comfy enough even if only a twin size. They had white noise machines in the hallways which helped to keep it quiet. If you are a light sleeper and get a bad neighbour could be dodgy, as I could hear my neighbour clearly as she coughed (not an issue as I was already awake). Doubt it would be an issue as these aren’t really rooms for partying so much as sleeping. But there are TVs. The staff were friendly and made me at ease and were super helpful. There were morning snacks: cereal, toast, fruit, coffee, tea. Lounge was quiet and comfy. Overall quite clean. It’s not easy to find and you do have to go through customs, show your passport. Wasn’t a big deal as there was no line and security was at individual gates anyway. Overall, not bad value for a decent rest! Cheaper than a hotel and you don’t have to go outside.

Ideal stopover accommodation if transiting through Singapore Airport. Felt nicely rejuvenated after a shower & a few hours sleep for my onward flight.

It's small to stay overnight, but might be good for couple hours. The room is too small for the money spent, like a jail chamber. More than $110 per 12 hours stay, but its convenient to catch next morning flight.

Very small room and a bit pricey but it's just for sleeping and having a rest between two flights (transit) so it was OK to me. The shower was great! :)

1泊寝るためだけに利用しました。大満足です。 こちらは、正確にはホテルではなく、ラウンジの睡眠スペースです。（空港のインフォメーションの人に聞いたら、ホテルじゃないよと言われました。）そのため、部屋にはベッドと簡単な机のみです。日本のカプセルホテルが個室になったようなものです。 シャワー・トイレは男女関係なく他の方々と共用です。シャワーは、混みあうと受付にお願いし、順番待ちリストに入れてもらいます。順番が来たら部屋に電話がかかってきます。アメニティについては、バスタオル・フェイスタオルが1枚ずつ無料で使えます。シャンプー類が簡単にですが付いてます。 ラウンジスペースはドリンク（アルコールは有料）、カップ麺、食パンが置かれており、24時間好きに無料で飲食できます。電源もあります。出入りも自由で空港の他のところで食事してくることも可能です。 簡素な作りですが非常に清潔ですので、寝るだけ！休むだけ！と決めて使うならオススメです。スタッフは人によりけりですが、親切な方だったと思います。

Just awful
Awful. Aircon freezing and couldn't adjust. Wall paper held up with tape. Hair in sheets including pubic hair. Bathroom not attached to room which I have never seen in a transit room before. Food awful. Unfortunately I can't find one positive thing to say. Truely awful.

Worst place I ever stayed at.
A 6ft by 6 ft room with Steiner chair. Not allowed to check in lungage earlier; no visitors into the room; air conditioning not adjustable Charging close to us$120 a night without private bathroom and shower room All the above were never mentioned in the ad. I demand a refund

Short stopover
The rooms don't have any toilet or shower in the room. I just needed a short stopover room as i was flight with Singapore airlines but I came in at Terminal 2 had to get over to Terminal 3 for the hotel and then back to Terminal 1 for my next flight ?? not very well planed out for Singapore Airport.

Sleep only; Room doesn't have toilet or shower
If in need of bed to sleep only - OK. But showers and toilet are separate, accessed via hallway and separate key for shower. Wallpaper on walls is peeling off and stuck together with pieces of sticky tape. Room was quiet with good airconditioning. Toilets communal. Showers separate and required getting separate key. Had a good sleep, which was all that mattered. It is not the Crowne Plaza! Which I totally loved.

Bra för transfer!
Bodde i ett nappen en natt. Lite missvisande bilder kan jag tycka, då rummet är väldigt litet och duschrummet ligger en bit bort. Men annars är jag nöjd med vistelsen, det är rent och fräscht samt mörkt och tyst. Så bra sover man!

個室は狭い
日本のネットカフェの豪華版な感じですかね。ちょっとしたホテルのようなラウンジ。部屋に通されてびっくり。狭い。22時頃シンガポール着、初めてのシンガポールで夜１人で移動するのが不安で空港のホテルにしました。ラウンジでの滞在で十分だと思います。今回は疲れていたので個室を選択して良かったけれど、エアコンの調整不可で寒くてブランケット2枚もらい使いました。ただし、膝掛けのよう大きさのブランケットです。空港内で、新しいのでそこそこ清潔とういう点が重視であれば、おすすめです。前にはマクドナルドがありました。スナックバーや飲み物がフリーです。シンガポールではホテル代が高いのはあたりまえでしょうが、ここも含めて全般的に価格の割には、、、、。

Excellent location and quality
It's the second stay at this airport lounge/hotel. The customer service, cleanliness, and location are outstanding. Room price is fair for location. Bring an adaptor because the Singaporean wall outlet won't let you plug in the US devices. Wifi was fast. TV in room only 2 working channels.

True Haven
The Haven by Jetquay is a ‘must’ and part of my trip costs to Spore. My plane arrived late and it is a relief to just check in and rest till the next day before heading downtown, The staff led by Zaleha is pleasant and service oriented: Haryani, Ann, others who worked behind the scenes eg. Housekeeping. Great service and value for tired travelers.

If you do not expect any hotel services, this place is not a bad choice for overnight stay for single travelers who transit at Changi Airport. The food are not tasty at all, but it is easy to find better food in the airport. The sleeping room and shower room is small but clean.

安心、便利
ビジネスでの利用でしたが、訪問先が空港近傍のため選択しました。 空港内のため朝早い出発の場合はギリギリまで寝ていられます。 また、目の前にマック、その他空港内には遅くまでやっているお店、飲食店も多く、JEWELというモールも楽しめます。もちろん治安の問題もありません。 フロントのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで良い感じでした。 部屋はNAP ROOMと表現されるだけあってかなり狭いです。シャワー、トイレも別なので、それでも構わない方にはおススメです。

Nap room temperature was very cold all night. There was no option to control nap room temperaure. I was very uncomfortable with the nap room and was not able to sleep at all. I would not stay at this hotel again until nap room temperature situation is fixed. If you need to stay at Changi, I would recommend the Crowne Plaza Hotel which is located on the arrival hall of terminal 3; or get a hotel outside of Changi.
