I have all the evidence I tried to contact Expedia. No one respond me back yet this is terrible customer service. I need someone contact me soon as possible. I drove a lot. This is the first time happened to me. I go with family eight people or my kid. We have to move out in the midnight 1 o’clock in the morning

Not great , not terrible

Location is amazing . Great restaurant downstairs . The room could have been more clean . The bed sheets didn’t seem thoroughly washed , dirt and garbage under the beds , breakfast cups and plates were not well washed . Breakfast was just toast and butter / jam / peanut butter and only 3 stools to sit down at for the whole hostel , so crowded and not very comfortable . Overall we weren’t too impressed with this place but it is doable for the location if you can get a good rate

Very happy family stay (11 people)

Excellent location. Clean room (airconditioned) and bathroom (with hotwater). Helpfull frontdesk staff. Only cons is that the common area tends to be crowded during breakfast time, unless you can wake up early.
