Tiles of bathroom were really old with cracks and water on floor when check in. Front Desk staff have rooms for improvement. Room cleaning standard satisfactory. Location super convenient for tourists.

从来没有在新加坡住过这样差劲的五星酒店，真是太差了……，房间小又脏、床铺也是不好、浴室的用品太差了、浴室的镜子也坏了、......还有其他等等各方面的问题,跟房价不符合，不知道五星评级是怎样评的？真的太失望了！唯一只有地理位置还好，今天第一天住进来的感受，真不知道接下来的几天会怎样？

good in location and service
location great, staff are nice. when the front desk notify i am travel with 2 young kids, she immediate offer me a 5/F room with bath tubs. The swimming pool is beautiful, we went there everyday within our 5 days stay. breakfast is a bit crowd maybe due to Christmas holidays.

Bad Experience
I was not able to take a proper shower. The hand held shower was dripping and water pressure was miserable. The heater was faulty. It was a cold and terrible shower. The rain shower hardly had any water coming out of it. I had a long day and had to return to a room which couldn't deliver a decent shower.

Conviniently located in Orchard
Location, location, location. You can't get better to where Marriott Tang Plaza is situated. At doorstep you are connected to the underground pathway away from the outdoor heat and get you connected to the subway station and many other shopping arcades. 7-11 is just a minute away and opens 24hrs. Recommend this hotel if you want to be in the heart of the district. It just save you time and money on transportation. The hotel is designed in a cylinder shape tower, so that every room can have a great view of the city. What's more to this is that it keeps the noise of the corridor to the minimum level. No more kids screaming and lousy neighbors' echoes from talking one end to another in the hallway.

good location
The hotel is located in the center of orchard area, a super convenient location for shopping. The staffs in the coffee shop are very friendly and helpful. The ladies working in the reception can do better, at least smile more, I didn't feel very welcome when checking in a five star hotel.

Great vacation in Singapore
Great location and excellent service. Morning buffet was awesome and service was impeccable. The hotel rooms (we had a deluxe king) are older but clean. We will definitely stay again!
