Rest Bugis Hotel has all the amenities all tourists need to have a wonderful vacation in Singapore. The room is clean, the beds are just right, not too soft and not too hard. Their pillows are the best and there are two pillows for each guest. The bathroom size is just right and the shower stall doesn’t leak water out of the stall.There is a projector instead of television where you can watch YouTube. Drinking water is available weather cold or hot all over the hotel. All in all we were all satisfied with our stay at Rest Bugis Hotel Also, Ivy is very helpful giving us tips about the right places to visit in Singapore.

It was such a great place to stay! Very convenient and easy to access public transportation. It is only 10 minutes walking distance to bugis. Also next to the famous Arabic district and Sultan mosque! Hotel is very clean compare to one we stayed before. Staffs are nice and price is reasonable for Singapore

Great location

Strange check-in, long list of things we'd be charged for should we do this, that and the other, sign here, not friendly at all. But the lady on check out was lovely. The room was very basic compared to other hotels we've stayed in this trip, but the lack of windows was perfect for helping us sleep and reduce our jetlag. Just seemed like an old room in need of a freshen up, but clean and more spacious than other Singapore hotel rooms. In a great location, 5 minute walk from MRT station and near lots of restaurants.

Feel CHEATED!! I booked a Deluxe Skylight Room. But i was given a lower grades room with a reason of skylight room not available but when i check again online... There is!! I request the staff to let their reservation department to give me a call but till now, i did not receive any call, email, sms at all. This is irresponsible And hotel.com cant do anythin to help at tat timing.
