需然很貴, 但十分值得
一間令到你會心情放鬆嘅房間, 只要望住個好大嘅水族館, 見到喲魚係到游來游去, 沒有煩惱, 很開心. 一生一定要住一次的房間, 在酒店接待處會有高爾夫球場車送到去房門口, 房間沒有包早餐, 所以都是order room service. 小朋友住一定會十分開心. 需然很貴, 但十分值得.

Stayed in the Ocean Suite. Pricey but worth it for the experience. I didn’t want to sleep as the fish were mesmerizing. The shower is excellent and the bed is comfy. Ocean Suite is huge for just 2 people.

Had a staycay there to celebrate my son’s birthday. Room was decorated with balloons and got a complimentary cake which was really delicious! Service was fast, so was check-in

Good room, not good service
Good room with aquarium, disappointed with the service, request to decorate the room for celebration but being rejected even I willing to pay for the service and decoration.

Very Disappointing few days stay.
Our stay was disappointing. The breakfast was really very bad. We could go to the Hard Rock Café for breakfast but it was no better. The room was comfortable. The air conditioning was not working properly, we would wake up most nights really hot. The pool area had broken boards on the deck which was extremely dangerous. We did bring this to the hotels attention. We would never go there again.

조용한 휠링을 위해서는 훌륭한 장소지만 가성비는 조금 부족한 곳..
숙박 부분은 조용한 곳에 위치하여 나만의 휠링을 위해서는 훌륭한 곳이라고 생각이 됩니다. 다만 예약시 선불로 내어야하고 취소까지 불가한 호텔이라 현재까지는 조금은 불편한 상태입니다. 그리고 묵었던 빌라의 상태가 고장이 난것(자동커텐,와이파이,개인용자쿠자 물온도조정)이 있어서 요청후 자쿠자를 제외한 나머지는 정상으로 수리가 되었지만 조금 불편했습니다. 외부 선텐의자나 개인용 테라스는 즐기기에 훌륭하지만 작은 벌레(모기,날벌레등)에 대한 대비는 해야 합니다.

Ocean Suite Staycay with excellent butler service!
The sight of the sea aquarium in our room was amazing and awesome. Room and amenities in duplex suite were basic and decor was rather dated. Outdoor jacuzzi on upper flr of our duplex was below average. Jets not powerful nor well positioned. Underboard bath tub facing aquarium was cool. Importantly, welcome and service by Butler William Loh was excellent and dedicated. Pricey and worth returning just for the Aquarium in room experience and Butler William’s service!

Room for improvement
Overall not too bad but then it’s supposed to be a luxurious villa. For the price paid, one will expect more pampering and better service. More warmth and sincerity will be appreciated, although the complimentary cake was a nice touch. Some glitches on the first night that bordered on freaky/spooky but I’m sure there’s a logical explanation for them.

Bday suprise staycation
We were there to celebrate my son’s 16th bday. Prior to our stay, a staff called to inform us on the check-in procedure and checked if were celebrating a special occasion. Told her it was my son’s bday and she offered to decorate the room and send a complimentary bday cake. On the day of the check-in, i think becoz we were given the room earlt, the bday setup was not ready. Anyway, they sent the cake later that afternoon. The nx day when we were out, housekeeping set up the roon with balloons. Though a little late it was still a pleasnt surprise! Very thoughtful staff and housekeeping was fast to respond. Our3rd time staying there this year and we never get bored with the room!

Great experience, but terrible breakfast.
I stayed in the ocean suites and it was really amazing to see the aquarium from the room. The service was good and the room was very nice. The room was pretty good, but I understand the special feature was the aquarium. The butlers were a bit hard to connect to and answered the phone about 50% of the time. The butlers were very friendly and helpful. The only bad part of the stay was the breakfast. The breakfast was pretty terrible. I understand restaurants want to save money due to COVID, but for the price of the room and the price of breakfast, a better quality breakfast would have been great. They only had 2 options and everything I asked for could not be accomodated. (E.g. brown toast, skim milk, etc). They basically gave me a “take it or leave it” response. BEside the breakfast experience, I would visit this place again.

Not worth a 2k price tag. Everything apart from the aquarium view was mediocre. Room design slightly dated and furniture in need of some urgent refurbishing. More frills could have been included, e.g. lunch vouchers (since covid does not allow for room service) or maybe some sort of hamper. Only saving grace was the aquarium view and decent concierge service which should be an expectation given the price anyway. Overall, definitely not worth the stay unless rates are reduced or the hotel manages to somehow enhance the room experience.

The Ocean suites are incredible! Waking up to manta rays is incredible. However for a pricey suite the service left much to be desired. The welcome at check in was less than warm and very unhelpful. The lady was shocked that we would be eating out even though there was three of us. The breakfast that was included was cold when delivered to the room and cold when eaten at Frattelli. The staff glared at us throughout the meal my son even commented why are they so mad at us. Not a great reception. However our meal at the Ocean restaurant was incredible! The staff were so helpful and didn’t mind that are very capable 11 year old sat by himself. The servers took the time to explain the 5 course menu and explained all the dishes. They were super attentive and stopped to chat with him as he was in his own. All communication was done through the butler service which was a bit hit and miss. It took over and hour and half to get the pull out bed made with a call back to remind them. While service was spotty one man stood of above the rest Wichai who made was turning into a bad experience much more pleasant he personally went above the call of duty to ensure our stay was memorable. I highly recommend the room. But would suggest waiting till they have more staff and don’t treat customers as if they are in quarantine. That hotel is just around the corner. It was a once in a life time stay and we were disappointed that the poor service ruined it. I hope service improves for others.

For the pool view
Beach villa has direct access to pool which was the plus. Otherwise service is so-so, long waiting time for buggy service. Butler hotline is impossible to get through on a couple of occasions. They will send your food delivery to your room thou.

Ocean Suite 0908 is an entirely different product from what ocean suite is marketed online. The deco was tasteless and disturbing, although apparently it was a so-called designer suite. If I had seen the real pictures online, I would definitely not have booked the room. The breakfast arrangement with a nearby restaurant is diasastrous. The delivery was 30 minutes late, the order was wrong, and the food was cold. If the hotel decides to work with the restaurant to provide breakfast due to covid-19, I believe the hotel also has the responsibility to monitor the quality a little? I complained to the front desk when I checked out, the staff just told me "thank you it's done."

UTTER DISAPPOINTMENT AT SERVICE WITH THIS RATE
Apart from the impressive aquarium view in the room, nothing else is pleasing. From booking to checking in, no information was given. No telephone to call for enquiries. No and VERY late response to email queries. Checking in experience was below 3 star. Staff not friendly nor smiley. For such a premium rate at such a premium hotel, it’s so amazing to receive below par service standards. Even concierge and so called butler service was very unreluctantly showcased. No mention of butler during check in. Nothing at all. The only thing was, “provide credit card for holding deposit and sit there and wait”. When I asked about butler service, the staff gave me a blank look and 3 black birds flew across. Butler? Ya I waited for 15 minutes of more. If you want to provide butler service, please reference check with St. Regis. Again, like I said apart from the aquarium view, everything else in the room is decent and definitely expected. Nothing impressive. From the attitude of your reception table, I noted that there’s no passion in the service line at all. Not expecting VIP treatment (but at this price, honestly it SHOULD BE), but at least display basic good service. Utter disappointment at other RWS hotel I’ve stayed this weekend - Hard Rock. Service totally suck!

There are two things we were not happy with, we spent 1 hour and 45 minutes to check in, that’s not acceptable and don’t see any special reason. Plus, we have requested to have adjacent room and they have replied us in email that is noted and will be arranged if is possible. But staff in front desk said no such note or request for our booking, so they can’t arrange it on our first night staying.
