櫃台和餐廳服務人員都很親切。房間很舒服乾淨，床很大。飯店有包早晚餐和下午茶，房間的Mini bar和冰箱飲料&水也都是免費的！健身房設備也算齊全。飯店到烏節路的距離也很近，整體住宿經驗很棒！

CP值極高的酒店，適合個人遊、二人同行。
電郵到酒店很快得寸到寸回覆。我們晚上八才到，趕緊吃晚餐，酒店職員已把行李送上房，第二天，又幫忙打印機票。酒店膳食款式不多但天天換款，甜品又好吃。第一有煎鷄扒、娘惹糕點，第二晚有魚柳、紅絲绒芝士蛋糕。下午茶亦有兩款蛋糕，基本上整天留在酒店亦可。穿過對面酒店，就到商店街，巴士站、地鐵，整體令人十分滿意。

Good choice for business trip and meeting
It's a really nice hotel. Comfortable and clean. Also convenient to take subway or walk to Orchard Rd. Always can find a drink or dessert in the lobby and your room, and the lobby is very suitable for a business meeting.

首先酒店的位置很好，购物吃饭都非常方便，另外房间很干净，面积也适中，最令人惊喜的就是丰盛的晚餐和免费的晚餐，绝对物有所值。

服務態度佳，地點位置佳，服務項目多
Checkin時服務人員態度很好，很認真用中文解說，餐廳早午晚餐皆為Free的很令人驚訝，餐點雖然品項不是眾多但足夠也口味不錯，地點位於烏節路附近，走路沒多久就可以到達眾多購物中心及百貨，會有稍微評比低一分的地方是主要在房間廁所的部分可以感覺設施有些不是新，馬桶座墊如廁時感覺不平整會稍為移動，捲筒衛生紙架有稍為拖落會動可能螺絲鬆脫，另外在床旁邊走道靠牆的地上在第二晚發現了一隻有著翅膀的大蟑螂，因為靜止不動在地上，所以對於驚恐會飛蟑螂的我，還不致於恐慌，找了衣櫃裡為開封的拖鞋打了幾下讓它躺下後，就伴屍到天明，很特別的經驗

good location, many so called FOB benefits, however the condition of the room was bad. Things are dirty / broken. The choice of breakfast and light dinner is limit. F&B staff are ok not friendly, however Front Office staff are excellent.

訂房時為雙單床但是床會發出嘎嘎嘎的聲音所以換房間。換的房間靠近電梯口電梯運作機器的聲音很大聲，冷氣運轉的聲音也很大聲，很擾人。房內電視似乎沒有天線很不清楚， check in時接待人員對飯店各項設施沒有介紹，換房時，房卡給了人就走了，結果房卡也不能使用，態度不佳讓人感覺不舒服早餐內容不夠豐富，許多地方都很失望

以這個價格我們本來期待更高檔的酒店，但到達發現大廳狹小、房間建材廉價、也沒什麼設施。但實際上住起來還是算蠻舒適的，還有各種優惠，如每天傍晚免費的pre-dinner meal品質不俗，甚至提供酒精飲料。住宿兩晚以上有免費洗衣。房間配有當地手機可免費打當地電話&六國國際電話。房內飲料及點心都免費取用。算是蠻貼心的。

Convenient location, great for business travellers
Quincy is very conveniently located. It is just 5 mins walks from Orchard Road. The hotel is very efficiently designed, and they provide the guests breakfast, light refreshment during the day, evening cocktail, complementary in-room mini-bar, and 2 pieces of laundry per day. The staff are very helpful and the rooms are clean and very updated. They have the guests in mind when designing the hotel facilities and services.

Enjoyable stay
The stay was excellent. The hotel was pretty close to the city centre- just a 5-8 min walk to Orchard Road. The room was spacious, clean and comfy. Love the complimentary mini bar which has soft drinks and chips. Breakfast was served before 10:30am, then the light refreshments till 8:30pm- so basically we could have all the three meals in the hotel without paying extra. The service was great too - the staff was friendly, cheerful and helpful. The gym, swimming pool, sauna rooms were nice too.

Very nice stay!
It is not the huge type of hotel off busy streets, but rather a boutique hotel that is still nicely located - ten-minute walk from Orchard or Scotts - quiet, clean, well decorated, and attends to the needs of customers. Three meals were included in my rate. Lunch was light but enough. For dinner, you'd have a full bar open (beer, wine, cocktails, etc.) and various food choices. The pool and gym are mini-sized but nonetheless include almost everything you need for a workout. The room was large enough and had a good city view. I liked the entire wall of glass window so that I woke up to see the blue sky and skyscraper tops. If I wanted to get up late a power-controlled pull-down curtain was available to keep your room dark and quiet. I stayed for a week and enjoy the hotel very much. One last thing, the hotel staff were very friendly. They seriously treated you as their guests, not simply customers.

地点不错，但是对于喜欢吃宵夜的人来讲就不合适了，晚上附件没有地方吃。要到乌节路但是半夜那边就没有特色吃的。服务很好，早餐很好。一切都不错

Free minibar and snacks available almost throughout the day on the first floor is indeed very convenient and nice. I was able to grab a quick bite in between meetings and could always go down if I wanted something light.

All meals are included but they are not as nice as before. There are only light lunch with sandwiches and dinner with pasta and rice buffet. The hotel offered proper menu for us to order for free last time. The food was delicious before too.

Far away from the metro station. The fixed breakfast is quite awful. The waffles tasted like sand. They serve white bread, no cheese, limited fruits. I’d stay here for a day or two, not more.

As a regular visitor i can say with ease that this is one of the top hotels we have ever stayed at in Singapore. The staff are always friendly and polite at any time of day and from check in to check out always great to deal with. They are also helpful and knowledgeable in every regard and always make my partner and myself feel like VIP guests! The location is also amazing with a quick walk to Orchard road and also easy access to the mrt station. Agnes, Sharvin and Michelle thank you once again for exceeding expectations!
