The reception staff is very nice and patient. She is friendly and willing to help us to enjoy our stay. The swimming poor is quite good.

地點很方便鄰近地鐵站，附近有購物商場，員工有禮貌，第一次入住剛好酒店upgrade套房，非常開心感謝，早餐多選擇和美味，只是有少少不完美就是 最後一晚冷氣唔夠，溫度被限制，下次再來的話一定會繼續選擇這間酒店

感恩可於十二時取房安頓行李，員工態度友善。 自助早餐食物和員工態度友善。 唯我訂三人房，但房內只有兩人設備，要致電管房補充。 令我不滿的是房內廁所坐廁板雖然有清潔功能，但廁所板移位，常在坐廁上滑走，造成不便。

Pros: comfy bed, complimentary mini bar with potato chips, peanuts, illy coffee capsules, 1 coke, 1 sprite, 1 coke zero Cons: poor soundproof, could hear next door guests talking and sneezing. When next door bang their door, my headboard of bed would shake. Didnt expect such poor soundproof for a 5-star hotel. Also: as a expedia gold member, no privilege at all for this VIP access hotel. Probably it was booked using double expedia reward points.

酒店鄰近地鐡站，附近有一個大商場，裡面有很多餐廳。房間很大，足夠我們三個人可以把行李全打開。唯一有點奇怪的是單人床的位置在房門旁邊，燈光不足很暗，隔音也不好，外面其他客人經過會聽到聲音。

Good experience
We have good experience and spent three nights in this hotel. The urban den room is quite spacious and the staff provided a birthday cake and ballons for my little daughter upon check-in. The location is also just right next to MRT and pretty convienent to take taxi from here to the marina area or sentosa or night safari. The breakfast is also very nice with a lot of selections. We also stayed one night at Marina Bay Sands and I totally hated it.

有好大改善進步空間
之前睇過評論入住家庭房 的甩漏嘢發生喺今次同樣係家庭房， 沒有準備好舖好床舖亦缺少咗第三人分嘅毛巾及用品。連住四晚沒有一晚是齊全的，門房部好大責任， 另外入住時發現茶杯居然有唇膏印！ 整體來說 房間夠大亦很舒適！

酒店的服務挺不錯，職員對待客人的態度也不錯，向他們詢問的時候也會很耐心地幫你一一解答。設施也蠻多的，我們去了酒店的泳池游泳，周圍都挺乾净舒適的。很幸運我們碰巧遇上了免費upgrade，下次來也會繼續選擇入住。
