服務大致都很滿意。就是這個價格的話，對設施有點失望。
服務是很一流，從前台，Housekeeping到早餐待應們，大致都很有禮貌及貼心。唯設施比較舊。比如洗手間，我們自行更換上旅遊專用的過濾花酒頭，第一天洗澡後瀘水芯已由白色轉為中啡色，住宿五晚後，一個新的瀘芯已變為深啡色了，要報銷。這個不知道是新加坡水質問題，還是酒店水管太舊的原因。另外床墊實在太高太軟，長者上下床的確有危機，太軟的床墊引起旅行期間腰痛的情況。

The room was at the lowest level, without view at all. The mini-bar was evacuated on the day of arrival without notice. We were told that it’s because we didn’t put deposit at the time of check-in, but that’s because we were not asked for. Although we might not use the minibar, it would be more polite if a note was given in advance.

很愉快的體驗
地點非常方便，飲食購物都只是咫尺之距，出入可經有冷氣的商場坐MRT，不怕日曬雨淋。最感動是房務部清潔姨姨在我們退房前一晚為我的兒子預備了一份砌圖做禮物，還寫下一張Memo祝福我們一家。

Not up to 5 star hotel standard - not recommended
- booked for three persons in a suite and had specially requested and reminded the hotel of the need for an extra bed. No arrangement made prior to our arrival. Only two set of towels, sleepers etc were provided in the room. - at breakfast, I arrived after my family members who already started having their food, so I requested to change to a larger table and we were told that their food would be sent to the new table. Our food never came back! No one ever followed up. Obviously the staff have not had sufficient training.

Nice service of front desk. Room environment was great and impressed that hotel had prepared one cake for birthday blessings. No shaving kits at the beginning, need to ask front desk for it.
