酒店整潔,職員有禮貌。
我們住了5晚.,第1天晚上11點多才抵達酒店,職員亦很快讓我們入住。員工態度亦很有禮貌,清潔打掃的姐姐也很有禮貌,每天都會來清潔房間,如不想打擾,可按下勿打擾的燈便可,很方便。房間設備齊全,有煮食用具提供。從地下 lobby 乘升降機上房間樓層都須要用匙咭開啟,比較安全放心。我們住的是兩房公寓,房間有陽台,看到泳池!而泳池亦很大,還有個小型按摩池,很貼心。 退房亦很快速,這點很好,同時亦會很貼心問是否須要寄存行李及call taxt,整體都不錯,酒店還有提供每天早餐。

蠻推薦的 , 房間很棒 , 還有洗衣機和烘乾機 , 打掃的人也很好 , 還教我們怎麼用洗衣機 , 因為我們照飯店提供的使用本子 , 其實沒辦法洗 , 後來問他們的打掃阿姨才知道是哪出錯了 , 此外他們只會補充水 , 其他像是沐浴乳. 洗髮精之類的不會補充 , 然後其實離地鐵站蠻遠的 , 從地鐵走過來絕不是Google map上寫的不到30分鐘 , 但去市區的公車蠻多且方便的

A great place for family stay. 15min from the neareast MRT station, not very convenient for seniors and children. There's a bus stop nearby which can take you to almost every attraction in the city centre.

好適合大伙兒的住宿
我們共租住了2間2bedroom 及一間1bedroom, 酒店妥善安排房間相連，房間大及舒適，有飯客廳可供大伙兒一起享用，酒店有泳池健身室，樓下有超市，附近還有一條短短的美食街營業至3am, 晚上可以到此宵夜！我們非常滿意這酒店，下次一定會再入住！

这是少数有燃气的酒店式公寓,室内的儿童房设施对于炎热的新加坡是非常吸引人的地方,只是早餐人太多，也比较单一，只好自己动手做了。

Great family apartment
We loved for staying at Fraser Suites over 6 days with my kids (4 and 9 yrs). Great family apartment with spacious neat place, good amenities and all staffs were so nice, cheerful and helpful. Upgraded to 3 bedrooms was our bonus, and the greeting card as well as the welcome fruits. Breakfasts are more than my expectation if minimize the processed food that will be much appreciated. The toilet in the main bedroom is little bit small. It will be considerate to have kid toilet seat board and some colorful double side stickers on the glass in between the shower and toilet in order to alert the kids to mind their head from the glass. We really felt at home and will definitely stay again.

整體不錯
是次只住了四晚。酒店房間大致整潔，可能是有小廚房吧，間歇性地見到有小螞蟻在牆壁上爬，亦發現有一只小蟑螂屍體在沙發上，但仍可接受。員工的服務質素很好，很滿意。惟酒店的位置跟最近的MRT站有段距離，住宿期間多以的士代步。當然，酒店亦提供了兩條免費穿梭巴士路線，每小時均有車到Orchard Road 和 Suntec City那邊，若配合到你的時間，也是不錯的選擇。

We’re familiar with Singapore so an aparthotel slightly off the main drag worked for us. Easy to walk to the subway or bus stop, plus Fraser Suites offers a shuttle service. Efficient well-stocked kitchen for meals in. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Separate desk from the kitchen table kept work stuff away from food prep. Tub and shower, plenty of bathroom space to share. Quiet. Loved the walk along Alexandra Canal to Clarke Quay. Saw otters in the canal!

全てにおいて快適です。 スタッフの方々もとてもフレンドリーで親切です。 ただ楽しみにしていたサウナが壊れていて何度か直してくれる様頼んだのですが、結局滞在中に直らなかったのが残念です。 キッチンが付いているので外食に飽きたら料理が出来るし、買い物もホテル下にスーパーや、レストランが併設されていて便利だし、移動もホテルの無料定期循環バスや目の前から出ているバスを使えばどこにでもストレスなく行けます。しかもバス料金が安い、ほとんどどこにでも約1SGドルで行けます。 いつもgrabを使うのですがまったく使わなくて済みました。 朝食が付いているのも良かったです。

Came in as a family of four. The 2 bedroom Suite was ideal for us in size and cleanliness. Shopping amenities were close by (Great World 10mins walk. Small grocery store and eatery in front building foyer directly below). Nice Hawker stall (Zion Riverside 10mins walk) also close by. Very central to Orchard (only one MRT stop away from closest MRT station to Fraser which is Great World). Outstanding service from all at Fraser Suites (special shout out for Balakrishnan). Not the cheapest nor the most expensive, good value for money. Would definitely recommend and reconsider on future returns to SG.

It’s old but very well maintained. It’s not close to MRT but very walkable and with a supermarket and Starbucks downstairs. Great World, a larger mall is only 10-min walking distance. You can walk to Clarke Quay and Boat Quay in 30 to 40 min.

Really amazing place. Staff are friendly and helpful. Check in and out was really easy. Lots of amenities like toiletries, dressing gowns, reusable shopping bags etc. Rooms are stocked with everything you will need. Breakfast is good. They also provide lunch but we didn’t try it. Free shuttle to local places is good too! Pool, sauna, massage chairs are all lovely. Only thing is surfaces are a little dusty in the bedrooms- would be nice if they wiped them down when cleaning the rooms daily. Other than that, no complaints!

The best hotel I’ve stayed in. Clean apartments stocked up with everything you will need including toiletries, dressing gowns, slippers, washing up soap, laundry detergent, iron, tea and coffee etc. They even provide reusable shopping bags. The hotel staff are very friendly and always happy to help. Rooms are throughly cleaned every day. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall with local grocery shop, bakery, cafe, vet and ATM. Parking is available for free. The pool, gym and sauna are really nice too and easy to access. No complaints, would highly recommend!

Everything else was good but they refused to allow our teen age daughter to stay quoting 1 bedroom suite is for 2 adults only. Quite disappointed with that. As long as we are not asking for extra bed or even taking advantage of breakfast, a family should be able to stay together.

Great apartments in a relatively central location. Very easy to catch taxis or to walk to the MRT, which is located at a shopping centre. The amenities are very well looked after. The pool is large and very clean, and there is plenty of space and seating around it to relax and read a book. Towels are supplied at the pool. Our package also included breakfast, which had a good selection including cereal, fruit, toast, pastries and hot food. Check- in and check- out we're very easy. As we have two teenagers and the second bedroom only had one queen bed, the staff offered us a roll- away bed during check-in which my son found very comfortable and which also made the stay very enjoyable for our kids. The staff very very friendly and helpful through the stay. Overall i was very happy with the accommodations and would definitely choose Fraser suites again.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Excellent location. Our stay included a full buffet breakfast which offered a full range of options both hot and cold. Fresh towels are supplied daily and upon request. Rooms are serviced daily by friendly staff. Highly recommend this property for families.
