Staff is nice and friendly
The hotel is a little bit old and small, but it is fair and expected with the cost. The staff is nice and friendly. They are all helpful when I got problems.

交通位置很方便
除了過程中寫MAIL皆無回應外 入住後除牙刷外一應俱全 房間雖小可設備很齊全 交通位置很方便 房間冷氣無法自己調 但請櫃檯人員幫調即可 在當地吃素很方便 如果再去新加坡 我會願意再入住此經濟實惠的飯店

Finally didn't stayed in this hotel
Just be informed that the reserved room is lack of electricity and no air con. He transferred me to another hotel in Clarke Quay. Yhe new one is better anyway, but I have to go there by myself, with my suitcase.

整潔度好一般, 毛巾極度污糟! 個廁所板我完完全全唔敢坐落去! 唯一可取既係冷氣好勁! 所以我覺得$5XX一晚真係唔值得, 真心加多少少錢住好少少! 順帶一提既係... 酒店位置係小印度附近, 如果女仔就唔好揀, 有d危險! (Dirty restroom, dirty towel,dirty dirty & dirty! $5XX per night is not worth living, it is not recommend. also hotel is nearby little india, it is not good for girls living there.)

For the price USD$112/night is wasted, room size was 12 square meters and bathroom, toilet and sink altogether size was 5 square meters, I don’t recommend this place 😂

Bad experience
Dirty. Small flies in room. The partition between rooms is made of thin wood. So You can hear the person's snoring sound. The sound shielding between room and corridor is very bad. Early in the morning, you were being waken up people talking in the corridor.

Owner must raise to standard Singapore condition
Ariana hotel owner should invest to improve the substandard conditions of the hotel to the correct Singapore standard. We do not want to come back to this hotel again. Unbelievable that this condition is tolerated by Singapore. We got sick in this hotel. It took us 4 days to recover. It might be coming from the environment. Customers be careful. Think twice (or 4 times) before booking this hotel! The workers acted right and polite. They tried their best to do their job in spite of the conditions of the hotel

Bad Experience
Booked a standard double room but they provided another room when i checked in. The room they provided did not match with the pictures on the website. It was a very small room with barely any space. When i asked them about it they said they don't have any room. When i kept asking they finally switched us to another room the next day I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

room was ready but they did not allow early check in . i had to wait with the luggage and kid until. 2 pm. although my request was for early check in. i booked 3 adult room but booking end up standard 2 people room. reception said its not their problem , need to contact expedia and i had to pay $90 extra to upgrade the room for 3 people. blanket looks like 35 years old and dont feel like to use it. no soap or shampoo. shower was broken, light was half working and other half not.

2 star hotel in good location, rented one room with no amenities only one kettle, Wi-Fi was down at the time and you needed to go to the reception area to access one, but Singapore has cheap SIM card with all the data one needs. No complaints from this hotel, as I only needed a bedsit room during my week stay in Singapore. The room had mouldy walls being without windows would do with lick of paint and ventilation improvement and yes of course would stay the same hotel because of the location and it was reasonably priced too, the housekeepers was good friendly

You get what you pay for
It is cheap for a reason - desk staff are not friendly or helpful at all, the rooms are dank and musty, and pillows have not been changed for decades. The cleaning staff seem to do their best in poor conditions.

Très bien situé mais a fuir sauf backpacker fauché
Façade de l'établissement en pleine rénovation sous des bâches et la poussière, accueil vétuste mais avec le sourire, ascenseur obsolète, chambre miniature 12m² et salle d'eau à fuir... le lavabo et le wc est dans la douche si vous très sportif et contorsionniste alors tout va bien ! Le tout est dans 2metres par 70 cm de large, bref une horreur. Pas d'eau chaude même après avoir appuyé sur l'interrupteur du ballon d'eau chaude. Lit fait tous les jours mais zero hygiène... cheveux de la cliente précédente dans la couverture et au sol... Très bien situé mais a prendre en dernier dernier dernier recours.

Ich bin gewaltig entäuscht, das Expedia so ein Hotel im Angebot hat und werde mir überlegen müssen ob Expedia noch der richtige Partner für meine Buchung ist. ich bekam ein Zimmer, eher eine Kammer in der es beim Öffnen der Tür schon muffig roch. Der Grund war schnell gefunden, es war offener schwarzer Schimmel in erheblichem Maße. Es waren mehrere Quadratmeter der Wände davon betroffen. Auch waren die Wände nicht nur feucht sondern Nass. Auch der Grund wurde schnell gefunden in dem ca. 3 Quadratmeter großem Raum befindet sich weder Fenster noch Lüftung wodurch sich die feuchten Dämfe nach dem Duschen aus dem ca. 2 Quadratmeter kleinem Bad auf alle Wände der Kammer niederschlugen und natürlich nicht trocknen konnten. Dieses dann reklamiert und ohne das sich das Personal davon überzeugte wurde mir ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen was erstmal soweit gut erschien. Der Schein trügte, der Schimmel auch an diesen Wänden wurde nicht entfernt sondern nur übergestrichen. Naja, somit war er ja erstmal gekapselt und so nicht mehr gefärlich. Was ich aber erst in der Nacht feststellte, das Bett samt Decke, Bezug und Matratze waren feucht, das dunstete in der Nacht dann so aus. Am Morgen zog ich den Bezug vom Kissen ab und sah, das das Kissen verschimmelt war. Dieses Hotel spielt mit dem Leben der Gäste. Expedia, Bitte......... dieser Schwarze Scimmel ist in höchstem Maße gesunheitsschädlich und für Allergiker LEBENSGEFÄRLICH. Das 3. Zimmer war dann trocken.

It was i can say checking in was smooth & fast..no prob here..but room assign to me small no really a matter.. wat the thing was i dislke bout the room condition was wall v- mouldy & a bad smell, i believe air circulation no good..exhaust fan or airextruder non functional..need to keep ac running @ low temp & highspeed fan most of the time..to reduce moisture, buildup..corridor area nx lift landing...hell a noisy with those cheapo blady tourist visiting this country..
