A happy stay
Perfect location! MRT station just steps away. Close proximity to downtown and all tourist attractions. Nice food courts nearby with authentic food of high quality and reasonable price. The only shortfall of this hotel is the swimming pool area closes too early at 9 pm. It would be nice if the hour of operation can be extended to 10 pm.

交通方便地理位置絕佳且非常舒適的飯店。旁邊就是明古連地鐵站，附近有美食街，步行至幾個著名景點距離也很近。 這次訂了四人房，是連通客房的形式，裡面有一張大雙人床和兩張單人床的房間，很適合帶著青少年的一家四口家庭旅遊，家人間又能保有隱私又能相互照應。

交通方便但清潔度需要加強
第二次入住(第一次入住是3個月前), 兩次的缺點都一樣:清潔人員清潔不到位, 1/ 兩次入住都發現吹風機超級髒, 風筒卡了一堆頭髮, 拿到一樓櫃台更換時, 櫃台人員直接傻眼的那種誇張程度 2/浴室地板留有前任房客的頭髮 3/淋浴間排水不良, 猜想是因為排水口被之前房客的頭髮塞住, 清潔人員沒有即時清潔導致, 忍耐了一晚後, 第二天看到清潔人員在走廊, 直接請清潔人員到房間重新清理 4/ 連續入住三晚, 其中一晚清潔人員並未更換舊浴巾(舊浴巾我們是丟在淋浴間地上, 可以忘記收走也代表淋浴間根本沒有打掃) 除了清潔度待加強, 其他都很棒 附近有三個地鐵站, 有食堂, 有亞坤跟吐司工房, 飯店翻新過, 所以住起來也很舒服

在 30 BENCOOLEN hotel，讓我享受了很開心的旅行居住經驗，飯店的服務人員通曉國語、福建閩南語、英語，每個人的態度很親切！！ 飯店也有健身房、游泳池，不過要在房間內先掃描QR Code，然後跟櫃檯領取通行卡。 飯店的對面就是MRT地鐵捷運的藍線，附近的餐館也很多，也有很多隱藏版的在地人才知道的美食！ 下一次我去新加坡，我一定會再選擇這家飯店！！

晚上時check in，安排了高層一間房間，但清潔度欠理想，浴室的淋浴間有兩條毛髮，馬桶有啡色污跡，洗手時突然傳來一陣濃烈的異味，提出問題後，酒店願意安排更換房間。新房間整潔度好很多，但更換過程令人感到尷尬。 房間的清潔人員有效率，有時會提供兩套牙刷和樽裝水，值得讚賞，但入住期間數度看tv時畫面突然消失，後來又自己重開，還有一天新毛巾有數處面積不小的啡色污漬，希望酒店願意丟棄有污漬的毛巾。 特別值得一讚的是房間面積不小，但整體而言有很多地方需要改善。
