Die Preise sind sehr hoch, jedoch wird dafür deutlich zu wenig geboten. Von den sogenannten „neuen“ bzw. teureren Zimmern ist absolut abzuraten. Alle drei Familien aus unserer Gruppe haben sich freiwillig downgraden lassen, da diese Zimmer 5–10 Minuten vom Strand entfernt lagen und somit äußerst unpraktisch waren. 「This resort and its staff are the best anyone could ask for. Our deluxe room with its walkout entrance was perfect. The resort was beautiful and the staff looked after our every need. The pool staff served free snacks throughout the day around the pool and were really pleasant to deal with. The only negatives were that the meal prices charged by the hotel in the hotel restaurants were too high. They were 2 to 3 times what nice restaurants in the local Soho Mall charged for a similar meal. You...

「Service very bad nobody answered for room seri even the reception nobody answer, there’s no much activity, and when you need something you should go reception and you should asked more than 3 times, the food bad the same food every day.」

「Got denied access to normal dinner food or the party in new years despite being told earlier it was included in the room rate by head of kitchen without paying $500. Later learnt that this was just not formal request from the hotel and only requested by head of kitchen. Total mess.」
