「Stay from May 16 to 19, 2015 Did my research online for a good hotel in Manali for my much needed family vacation in Himachal. Booked this hotel purely on the basis of reviews online. Was very pleased overall with this place. My room was 202 a premiere room which was allotted promptly on request since i had initially booked a delux room. 「This hotel claims to be 4-star however there was no heating in rooms in December. They charged exorbitant amount for rod heaters which were not heating the room. Food was good and housekeeping staff was helpful. This is fine for a 2-star hotel and should charge as such. 」

「This is a complete scam including the contact number they have put out on Expedia. When they get bookings at higher prices, they dishonor their online bookings like it never existed. The property is located in an isolated area with good scenic beauty but the management is poor.」
