「Did not receive the room that I booked through website. Booked two beds and only received one. Room was also handicap accessible which had bench in tub so was not able to use the tub after a long day of driving. The breakfast was just blah and definitely nothing special. 「Hotel was clean and pool and hot tub were maintained. The breakfast was good and the staff were attentive. The only issue we had was when we went to shut the room darkening shade there was none so we had lights coming in all night. They did have a nice maintenance card that I completed and left when we checked out.」

「I've been on the hunt for a decent hotel to stay in when visiting my kid who attends UWSP. This is not it. The main part of the room was clean, but we discovered what appeared to be black mold in the bathroom. The hot tub was uncomfortably hot. The breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast.」
