「This was a wonderful place. I would have made this a destination rather than a quick overnight into France. The building is charing and historic but with nicely updated rooms, comfortable beds and bedding, and lovely farm views. The breakfast was wonderful. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. The setting is serene and beautiful. And the whole stay was very affordable.」

「Stains on the bathroom floor where it hadn’t been cleaned properly, patchy wifi, the tv didn’t connect to channels. When we arrived we had just missed the restaurant and we couldn’t order room service to get any food. After a 10hr drive we had to go back out and look for food we checked online before getting there and nowhere did it show times for restaurant/food maybe you should. 「Een hotel in een prachtig gebouw. Zo leuk om in rond te dwalen. Aardig personeel. De (comfort) kamer is sober, maar verder prima. Ontbijt standaard. Maar zo jammer dat dit prachtige gebouw niet in stijl is ingericht. Plastic lampen, formica tafels e.d. dat kan echt zo veel sfeervoller. En een paar mooie houten stoelen in die orachtige tuin aan de Moezel zouden ook welkom zijn.」

「Lovely stay just wished we could have experienced the full restaurant menu! Not open the night we arrived but a supplementary 3 course meal was served which was excellent 」

「The hotel room was roasting hot, obviously because of the weather, but a fan would have been helpful in lieu of any air conditioning. The bathroom window was rather exposing when in the shower - the privacy filter didn't cover enough of the window!」

「Closed to train station, not far from flixbus station. Can borrow hair dryer at reception. During my stay it was a hot day, no air con and if I open the window, it’s quite noisy and mosquitoes go in the room. Keep sweating. But for a night stay it’s a alright.」

「The hotel is very dated, it looked better in the front but at the back, it looked abandoned and not maintained. The room is very small, basic and not very clean. The supposed garden was not maintained and the pavement was uneven with loose slabs which can be dangerous. The breakfast was chaotic with few choices.」

「Very near to the Metz station. Only draw back is no kettle in the room, which is a little bit inconvenient during winter. Staff were very nice and welcoming. 」
