The room was spotless, staff was attentive, helpful and professional. The front desk staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was beautifully arranged and everything was delicious. Thank you for making our first visit to Denmark a special one!

Unhappy!

They told me I could park through the hotel at a parking but obviously I couldn’t since I got a very expensive parking ticket! One person from staff said yes when I checked in and another said no when checking out, terrible!

Ekstrem dårlig service og beskyldninger

Virkelig dårlig service og skyld for at smide deres nøgle væk - de ikke selv kunne finde. Derefter kimet ned og talt nedladende til og truet med efterregning for at skulle udskifte alle deres låse med fordi den havde “hovednøgle” funktion. Det virkede mistænksomt. Der var skimmel på badeværelset.

Fuld tilfredshed.

Mit ophold på hotellet var fantastisk, som jeg sagde til personalet i receptionen, så fik jeg følelse af at være hjemme, da der er en varm og hyggelig atmosfære allerede når man træder i af døren og man bliver budt varmt velkommen. Så jeg kan kun være hel tilfreds og jeg kommer helt sikkert tilbage.

Pris og kvalitet passer ikke sammen

Havde anmodet om dobbeltseng, men 2 enkeltsenge var skubbet sammen, så der var en træramme midt i sengen. Intet sted at sætte sine ting på badeværelse. Hverken ved vask eller bruser. En meget lille garderobe og ellers intet sted at gøre af sit tøj. 4 dages ophold i miniværelse.
