The airport shuttle (for a fee) was prompt and efficient. The front desk made us a sandwich to go since we were going to leave earlier than breakfast. Comfortable room, very nice terrace to eat dinner and relax. "

"Customer service was terrible at Kuzey park (games area) When I voiced my concerns, they do not take criticism, they started to blame my kids in their response, which shows how much they care about their customer relations. Wifi didnt work in rooms. Bracelets are not accepted on all facilities, still need to carry your bracelets and your card. Even small amenities like iron, tooth paste/brush... are cost extra. There are nothing around the resort to do. Food was mediocre. Facility/rooms and garden is well kept, Restaurant staff was friendly. "
