From the moment we arrived at Siesta Key Beachside Villas, we had an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive and always available whenever we needed anything which made us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay. The property itself was spotless and we especially loved the bright, airy windows that filled the space with natural light. The adjustable room temperature (both heating and cooling) made it easy to stay comfortable at all times. A thoughtful touch was the availability of beach chairs and towels, which we could grab anytime for a relaxing day by the beach. One of our favorite parts of the stay was unwinding in the hammock as it was the perfect way to relax and enjoy the breeze after a day in the sun. The beach is just a short 4 minute walk away, which made it incredibly convenient. I even had the chance to enjoy a peaceful sunrise one morning, which was unforgettable. My family and I will absolutely be returning. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

We spent 5 nights, 6 days at this location. It is the perfect spot! The nightlife is booming every night with live music and dancing. Every bar is walkable. Morning breakfast at The Broken Egg is a must! There is a convience store and liquor store close by for "necessities". The property is well maintained and you are supplied with everything you need from beach chairs, beach towels, a wagon to load your things, a cooler and ice from the receptionist! The beach is a lovely 5 minute walk through a picturesque neighborhood. The beach has white sands and very clean. The sunsets are amazing! Our room has 2 AC units, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. This was a pleasant surprise and us Alaskans enjoyed a cold room & sleep! The pool was clean but we didnt swim. The check in process was easy and the property is secured. It was so quiet and lovely! Another review said they could hear everything through the walls but we didnt hear a peep! We will definitely be back next year. April in Florida is perfect weather! 80-85 degrees and sunny everyday! We were told by locals the "snowbirds" just went home and spring breakers are gone! Win win! 100% recommend this spot!

Our room was really clean and this property is so close to the beach. They let you use coolers, beach chairs, and beach wagons. We were even allowed to use them on our checkout day for the full day which was really helpful!

This was a PERFECT suite for a weekend getaway!! Very close to the beach, city walk, and quiet enough to lounge on the property. The free bike rentals were the cherry on top.

My second stay at this location, short walk to beach and downtown so perfect to be close to everything. One note, be sure to contact them a few days in advance if you plan to arrive after hours so they can provide you the codes to get into the facility and your room.

Overall most of it was great. Just two little issues. The check in hours are between 4:00PM TO 7:00PM a little inconvenience when you are 4 hours away. I texted to the facility TO let them know that WE will arrive between 9:00PM TO 10:00PM never had an answer we got to the facility nobody was there nobody answer the phone numbers we ended staying in another hotel the first night the day after i had a text giving me the unit# and the code# for the door. (No discount) the day we arrive my wife ask for late check out at 12:00 which the lady in the front desk agreed very friendly but the day we are living she didn't register the late check so it was a little stress at the time of living but like i said good location nice people working.

the location is great, and we had a great time visiting Siesta! I would stay here again! The only issue we had in 5 nights was that our laundry was stuck in the laundry closet for over 12 hours as the door battery died and front desk did not have a key to get in, and property maintenance was also unable to open the door until the following day - no one checked on us or kept us in the loop so we just had to keep trying until we could get our clothes back, no apologies or anything. It would have been nice to at least acknowledge the inconvenience and worry we had about our belongings and were afraid to go to far away from the property with our belongings not knowing who would get to them once they figured out the door repair. However, the location to the village and the beach was awesome and we would absolutely return.

Very friendly and thorough front desk staff. Very convenient parking. So close to a great beach entrance one way and restaurants (especially Summer House) the other way. Cute, small bungalow. Loved that they supplied a bag cooler. Pool is smaller but heated. Excellent bathroom and shower. Comfy soft bed. Will definitely come back.
