「Excelente servicio y ubicación. 」

「It’s a nice place to stay for one or two day, Good location, seems safe. Facilities good enough but it was quite noisy in this hostel. Room to room seems no Sound insulation. Staffs are nice, they give you help if you ask for it. Other then that everything are good enough. 」

「Todo excelente 」

「The room was great all around, clean and very comfortable. The location is great, near the Gran Vía. At night time it’s a bit noise because there is a Tapas restaurant next door with people having fun until 4am. I didn’t mind but for some people might be bothersome. I would definitely recommend the Hotel and I would love to come back. 」

「這次碰上大樓維修，電梯停用了！退房當天只能走臨時搭建、僅供單人通行的樓梯下樓。還好我們沒有帶大型行李，真是萬幸，感謝老天保佑！另外，建議大家自行準備毛巾，會比較安心喔！」

「2泊しました！地下鉄の駅まで徒歩約10分くらいで便が良かったです。ブティックホテルと書いてあったので、カップル専用かもしれないとも考えつつ弟と泊まりましたが、問題ありませんでした。家族でも大丈夫です。チェックイン、アウト時にはスタッフはおらず、あらかじめメールで来るパスワードを入れてホテルに入り、入室します。エレベーターはなく、地下二階のお部屋でした。地下二階ですが、窓からは何故か外が見えました。スリッパ、パジャマ、歯磨きセットはありませんが、ドライヤー、シャンプー等はありました。ベッドも大きく、素泊まりでたくさん観光し、帰ったら寝るだけだったので、とても快適でした。 Netflixが室内のテレビで見れました。夜間帰ってくると、スタッフがおり、とてもフレンドリーで素敵でした。スペインが恋しいです。」

「Gostei muito da acomodação. Fiquei 4 noites e tive uma ótima experiência. O quarto é bem organizado e limpo, as toalhas eram trocadas diariamente e os funcionários foram muito prestativos. Recomendo!」

「Excelente 」

「整个西班牙订了那么多酒店中最糟糕的，被标题迷惑以为是套房，就算不是套房那面积还大，就算面积不大那还有独立的卫生间不是的，什么都没有，在一个居民楼里，我们提着箱子找了1到5楼，最后没办法一个个按门铃找到的，4-5间客房公用一个卫生间，淋浴房水还下不去，房间极小，体验感极差，感觉十分不安全，原本付了2晚钱，果断第二晚重新找酒店订了；酒店服务更差，已提早写邮件大约晚上7点到，打电话过去工作人员表示不知道，并且让我到他们办公室拿钥匙，我说我刚到马德里，大包小包行李能不能送过来，工作人员说她不会送过来，最后提着行李去找办公室，花了1个多小时时间，从我们7点到酒店到最后入住是晚上10点，身心疲惫；无论从工作人员的态度和入住的体验感上，都十分让人不适，让我们在马德里的第一天十分不愉快，强烈不推荐这个酒店」

「Amazing location - right on the shopping sheet with a tiny balcony for people-watching with a cheeky gin and tonic. Really quiet with french doors closed. Amazing location. Walkable to everywhere. Room was lovely with everything we needed. Will definitely book again if we come back to Madrid. Thank you! 」

「Este no es un Hotel sino un departamento que rentan por habitaciones. Ofrecen en hoteles.com la mejor habitacion del apartamento pero al llegar te la cambian por una mas pequeña y sencilla sin baño privado. Le rentan la misma habitacion a varios huespedes y al final se configura la estafa que repiten ciclicamente. Ofrecen lavanderia y no la dejan usar. Luego se hace reclamacion y no aceptan lonque hacen. Muy mal lugar nada recomendado. La habitacion tiene mala la cerradura y se hace insegura....

「Google maps took us right there but it was not so obvious. This is a neighborhood apartment building. The hotel occupies a couple of floors in the building. We had to call the hotel number so that a person could let us in. No issues coming and going after we received entry code. Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. Neighborhood is excellent to blend amongst locals, and anything that you need is a short block or 2. You have about a 15 to 20 minute easy walk, maximum, to all your favorite...
