"Everything was great. The location was perfect, there are a few good restaurants in the hotel and many just outside, plus shopping and the park. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and the gym was well equipped. There are also free fitness classes and a pool. We had a comfortable stay, would definitely return!"

"Our initial room assignment was not to our liking, and Vanessa at the desk was very helpful in relocating us to a room with a fabulous view of the city. Everything after the relocation was to our liking, except having to get up at 4:30am to catch our ride to the airport on the day of our departure. Both JoAn and I enjoyed the upscale accommodations after spending 8 days on the Galapagos Islands."

"We enjoyed staying at the hotel we had to upgrade our room on the 13th floor and I paid extra money for the same. The first room we got from Expedia was just a basic room and it was rundown. I would expect this hotel to be renovated from top to bottom on the 13th floor. The service was excellent room was great, but the bathtub was very old and difficult to get in and out, and there are fall risks for a lot of people up there without any safety bars excellent service by the concierge at the 13th floor executive general area excellent drinks, breakfast lunch food and servers were excellent. I would give them 10 or 10 but the property needs to be updated to keep up with the standard."
