「It took over 40 minutes to check in. No exaggeration. This place uses an overseas outsourced kiosk from 7 PM to 7 AM. When you travel on a short stay, every minute counts. In this case every minute that the hotel cost me to check, I lost a minute of sleep because there is no one on site. This also brings up the issue of safety and security. No one on site.」
